Local Food
At the Waren House we are proud to promote everything that is good about Northumberland. This not only includes the friendly people, and beautiful scenery but also the wonderful locally produced ingredients that help us to maintain well-produced, good-tasting food.
Most of our commodities are obtained from local suppliers within a forty-mile radius which allows us to purchase the freshest of ingredients on a daily basis. Stocks, sorbets, soups, sweets petits fours and accompaniments are made daily by our team of four chefs using these local ingredients. This would not be possible without the co-operation and support of our suppliers.
We also obtain ingredients and herbs from our own garden - picked daily for complete freshness and superb taste.
