The personal data you provide enables us to process your reservation. We do not provide your data to third parties with the exception of those parties involved in the reservation process who will also require your personal details. We use Eviivo to process online reservations from this website.
You personal data is processed on our professionally sourced commercial webserver in the United Kingdom and at the hotel and at the webserver of Eviivo.
4. How long do we keep your data
Your personal data is held until your visit has ended and your account invoice will be retained for accounting purposes.
We are required to retain sales data for a period of 7 years under HMRC data retention rules. Where you have opted to received marketing information you may unsubscribe at any time.
5. What are your rights?
You have a right that personal data held by us is accurate and complete. If you feel any such data is incorrect please email us and we will update your account records, and delete any incorrect information.
